I fly commercially up and down the east coast from the Carolina's to Rhode Island as a fish spotter for the fishing companies in Reedville, VA. I have been using Bishop's Original Aircraft Engine Protection in my aircraft for more than two years now. I am very satisfied with your product's performance.
Since using Bishop's Original in m aircraft, valve problems have become extinct. An aircraft going in a hanger with a mechanic can become very expensive. In valve guide repair alone, this product has saved me a lot of money. Buying Bishop's Original has been money well spent.
I have a 1998 Dodge Pickup with the 318 engine. This truck has 172,000 miles on it and the performance has been outstanding.
The gas filter just stopped up and had to be replaced. It must have sucked some trash into the injectors because it was hesitating when yo accelerated.
I added 12 oz. of Bishop's Original Upper Cylinder Treatment in a tank of fuel. This improved the running of the vehicle and reduced the hesitation.
I plan to add Bishop's Original "PFI" Anti Wear Engine Protection on my next oil change, and I will report on the improvement.
I am a fish spotter and fly the Chesapeake Bay area and along the eastern seaboard. We routinely put in between 1,200 and 1,500 hours a season on these light aircraft. Prior to using Bishop's Original, we were having considerable problems with valve guide wear which should cause a considerable overheating and stresses in the cylinders.
In 1994 I put a new engine on my aircraft and after sufficient break in, I used Bishop's Original Aircraft Engine Protection. Since then, I have flown the aircraft over 3,500 hours.
When we have pulled the cylinders for required inspections, we have found very little wear. To date, we have less than .001 wear on the cylinder bore. I have also noticed an increase in fuel economy, a decrease in engine operating temperature and a much smoother running engine.
I have a John Deere maine engine in my boat. Recently, the engine started speeding up and slowing down while clamming. We normally pull these clam tongs a 1,000 RPM. The engine started speeding up to 1,200 RPM and backdown to 800 RPM on it's own, making it almost impossible to work the tongs smoothly. Also, it would quit completely at idle.
The John Deer mechanic said that I needed a new fuel pump. My next door neighbor brought me a gallon of Bishop's Original Diesel Fuel Treatment. I put it in the next day and it ceased the problem immediately.
I'll never be without it again and will install the engine protection at my next oil change.
