I have a 1998 Dodge Pickup with the 318 engine. This truck has 172,000 miles on it and the performance has been outstanding.

The gas filter just stopped up and had to be replaced. It must have sucked some trash into the injectors because it was hesitating when yo accelerated.

I added 12 oz. of Bishop's Original Upper Cylinder Treatment in a tank of fuel. This improved the running of the vehicle and reduced the hesitation.

I plan to add Bishop's Original "PFI" Anti Wear Engine Protection on my next oil change, and I will report on the improvement.
